I started as an industrial engineer with a simple belief: better processes meant better quality of life.
What I didn’t expect was how many organizations would undermine their own results by treating their people as after thoughts.
I’ve watched companies spend millions solving the wrong problem and not obtaining the expected ROI. I’ve watched executives make decisions by instinct that affected hundreds of families. That pattern: smart strategy, poor execution, human cost is what i’ve spent nearly 30 years trying to interrpt.
